Registration takes four steps. You can go back at any point without losing what you entered.
Steps
- Choose your role. Client if you need research done, Researcher if you provide research services. This determines which version of Researchor you land in, so pick the one you will actually use.
- Personal information. Name, email, phone, address, date of birth, location, and optionally your company.
- Privacy setup. Your password, preferred currency, timezone and a short bio.
- Verify your email. We send a six-digit code. Enter it to confirm the address is yours.
Choosing a password
Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers. Do not reuse a password from another site. A breach elsewhere becomes a breach here.
If the code does not arrive
Check your spam folder first. Codes expire, so request a new one rather than entering an old one. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, confirm the email address you entered is correct. A typo is the most common cause.
After registration
You land on your dashboard. Before doing anything else, complete your profile. An incomplete profile matches badly and, for experts, wins far fewer projects.
