Changing your email
Settings → Account. Enter the new address and confirm with your password. We send a verification code to the new address and notify the old one that a change was requested.
The change takes effect only after the new address is verified. Until then, the old address stays active. That way a change you did not request cannot lock you out silently.
Changing your password
Settings → Security. You will need your current password. Changing it signs out every other session.
If you no longer control the old address
Write to support@researchor.org.ng from the address you want to move to, and be ready to verify your identity. We cannot move an account on an unverified request. That is how accounts get stolen.
