You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Profile, project and transaction information is visible and exportable from within the application.
By request
For anything else, write to support@researchor.org.ng from the address on your account, saying what you want. We respond within 30 days.
You can ask us to:
- provide a copy of your data;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete data we are not required to keep;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- provide a portable copy of data you gave us;
- withdraw consent where consent is the basis we rely on.
Verification
We verify identity before releasing data. Otherwise a data request is just a way to read someone else's account.
If you are not satisfied
You may complain to the data protection authority where you live. The Privacy Policy lists them by region.
