Every account verifies its email address at registration with a six-digit code. An unverified account cannot transact.
If the code does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm the address you entered is correct. A typo is the usual cause.
- Request a new code. Codes expire, so do not enter an old one.
- If your organisation filters external mail, try a personal address.
Why it matters
Your email is how we send reset links, payment notifications and delivery alerts, and how we reach you about a dispute. An address you do not control is a security problem as well as a delivery one.
