What they cover
The client's experience of the work against the brief: quality, communication, timeliness.
What you may not do
- Offer anything in exchange for a review.
- Ask a client to change or remove one.
- Retaliate against a client for a review.
All three breach the Expert Agreement.
Getting good ones
Scope precisely, communicate mid-project, deliver on time, and document your method so the client can use the work confidently. Most poor reviews trace back to a mismatch in expectation that a clearer proposal would have prevented.
An unfair review
If a review is abusive, contains personal information, or is retaliation for refusing work that breached the Academic Integrity Policy, report it. We will remove reviews that breach our rules.
We will not remove a review simply because you disagree with it.
