Experts withdraw from Bank Details, or the Withdraw action on the dashboard balance.
Steps
- Add a payout account: bank account or PayPal. The account name should match your Researchor account name.
- Choose the account and enter an amount up to your available balance.
- Review the summary: amount, charges, total.
- Confirm.
All charges appear before you confirm.
Available vs held
Available balance is money from approved milestones. Escrow held is money funded against milestones you have not yet completed. It is not withdrawable until approval.
Timing
Depends on method and provider. Domestic bank transfers are usually fastest.
Holds
A payout may be held pending identity verification above a regulatory threshold, or pending an open dispute. We will tell you which applies.
